Returns

You may return items within 10 working days of receipt. We offer a refund or exchange on full price items. You may exchange sale items only.

All returns are shipped at the buyer's expense and signature must be required. An exchange or refund will be processed once items have been received and signed for. We are not responsible for any lost returned items.

For products that were eligible for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from any refund due.

Any refunds/returns made for orders placed using Laybuy/Afterpay/Oxipay will incur a 5% fee which are non-refundable fees charged by the payment provider to us. 

Items returned must be in their original packaging and resaleable state.
