If you are planning to use cloth nappies overnight or you have a heavy wetter, hemp is a great booster you can add under your existing bamboo or microfibre inserts. It is one of the most absorbent yet natural fibers.
Tip: Prewash the booster inserts a few times to build up absorbency. It can take up to 10 washes to reach maximum absorbency. Please note that inserts made of natural fibres may shrink ~15% after multiple washes.

These are great! Not too bulky and keeps baby dry all night(and me too, as we co-sleep).
They also keep their shape really well. When I put them on the drying rack I give then one tug to pull them into shape and they are still looking great months and months later.

I have some second hand inserts that are getting past it so I would have to use 2 inserts per nappy. thought. The absorbency of these mean that I only have to use one insert per nappy. I am so happy with them. They are quick drying and not bulky at all! I feel like my wee man is able to move more easily and is more comfortable! Highly recommend!

Loving my new chuckles hemp inserts. I've been slipping them in the pocket of my cloth nappies underneath the microfibre or bamboo inserts the nappies came with to increase absorbency. Working a treat, no leaks! The nappies I had weren't Chuckles but there's no problem with sizing, they fit in perfectly alongside the other inserts.

These are great. We use two of these with no other inserts and they last several hours - which no other inserts do. By some black magic they absorb more and still dry more quickly than all our other inserts. They last well at daycare where the time between changes can be a bit longer than at home, and they fit in all our brands of pockets including the narrow styles. We have 36 of these now so we can use them all the time.

These are one of the best inserts. I boost these with microfibre inserts (I know microfibre) but overnight usage of this hemp insert and microfibre have caused me no troubles overnight so far. My bub is nearly 7 months now.

I love these - they're soft and super absorbent. Everyone should have these in their stash! I add one to my standard inserts for overnight use, or just in our regular day nappies to add absorbency but without the bulk.
